Guidance for a strong partnership.
These recommendations help parents and guardians support their child's learning, wellbeing, and responsible participation in school life.
Learning & Progress
- Check the Progress Report and diary regularly.
- Encourage regularity, discipline, homework, and lesson preparation.
- Read and sign the Principal's and teachers' diary remarks.
- Mention the child's name, class, and section in all written communication.
Safety & Conduct
- Arrange safe to-and-fro conveyance for your child.
- Students must not bring mobile phones, cameras, pen drives, or other electronic gadgets.
- Fancy articles, comics, stickers, and similar items are not permitted.
- Four-wheelers and unlicensed two-wheelers must not be brought to school.
Communication
- Meet teachers on Open Days, or with prior permission from the Principal when necessary.
- Keep the school informed of changes to address and telephone numbers.
- Students are expected to participate in co-curricular activities, including Annual Sports Day, unless prior permission is granted.
Fees
- Fees are payable in eight instalments from July to February and are charged for April to March.
- Pay fees only at the bank, not at the school office.
- Preserve original fee receipts carefully; duplicate receipts are not issued.
- Board students must clear all school fees and dues before receiving their February admit card.
