Rules of Admission and Withdrawal

Admissions

Guidance for parents and guardians

Please review these important admission and withdrawal requirements before applying. The school may revise its rules and regulations when required.

01 Admission process and eligibility

Registration forms are screened for L.K.G. admissions. For H.K.G. and above, parents are informed of the entrance-test date and time at registration; tests are generally held in April or June. English, Hindi, Science, and Mathematics are assessed as appropriate to the class.

Students who qualify in the entrance test may be admitted. Successful candidates are notified by SMS, and parents or guardians must complete the admission form and deposit fees by the stipulated date.

02 Documents and fee requirements

Students are generally admitted at the beginning of the academic year and must pay admission, annual, first-installment, and any applicable fees. For L.K.G. through Class IX, submit all documents specified in the registration form. Original transfer certificates are required for Class II and above.

Incomplete applications or applications without the required documents may be disqualified. Documents submitted for admission are not returned.

03 Classes IX to XII

Admissions to Classes X, XI, and XII require previous mark sheets and registration documents as applicable. Transfer certificates, migration certificates, and approvals may be required for students coming from non-CBSE boards, foreign schools, or transfer/shifting cases. The institution frames its own minimum requirements for Classes IX to XII.

For Class I and above, admission is granted to students able to follow lessons in English.

04 Withdrawal and transfer certificates

A written calendar month's notice from a parent, guardian, or responsible person is required before withdrawal. Without notice, one installment of fees is payable. A leaving certificate is issued only when all school dues are settled.

Written applications for certificates should reach the school office at least three days in advance. The official source lists fees for leaving certificates, duplicate certificates, and delayed certificates; please contact the school office to confirm the current amount and process.

05 Attendance, conduct, and dismissal

Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, inability to progress, indiscipline, prolonged absence without information, fee non-payment, and conduct detrimental to the school community may lead to dismissal. The Principal's decision is final in such matters.

Every parent, guardian, and student is expected to follow the rules in the student's diary and any later modifications.

For the complete official wording and latest rule updates, please contact the school office directly.
